* Post false, inaccurate or misleading content.
* Post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
* Collect email address or personal information without user consent.
* Interfere with the operation of the Site in any way
* Use the site if you have been banned or suspended from Wild4Comics, or any of its sister websites.

If you use the Site in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms of Use, Wild4Comics may without notice terminate your use of the Site or your access to the Site at any time. Wild4Comics has the sole right to refuse, delete, or move any content within this website for violating Wild4Comics policies or for any reason deemed appropriate.

Dealing with Third Parties
Any correspondence or business dealings with any third parties including merchants, sellers, or advertisers found on, or through, the Site is solely between you and such parties. Resolving Disputes
If a dispute arises between you and Wild4Comics, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Wild4Comics agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services (a "Claim") through mediation or arbitration instead of litigation. Please contact our service department and we will respond quickly and fairly.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be governed by British Columbia and Canadian law and adjudicated by a court located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration paragraph below.
 
Arbitration Ã¢â‚¬â€œ for any claim, where the total amount of the award sought is less the $10,000., the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration.

Improperly Filed Claims - Wild4Comics may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000., provided that Wild4Comics has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim (contrary to the above noted rules)
